Presbyterian Women
Presbyterian Women consist of three active circles that meet for Bible Study, service and fellowship. The Presbyterian Women engage in study, fellowship and service projects. Recently, circles have been involved in:
- Writing monthly to our missionaries
- Sending birthday cards to the Children's Home of the Highlands
- Providing food for minglings, shut-ins, circle members in need, DUCO's food closet
- Providing items for the PORT homeless ministry
- Supplying phone cards to wounded Service personnel
- Supporting Samaratan's Purse Christmas Shoeboxes
- Showing Christ's love through many other projects
-- prayer shawls -- SHARE program
-- cooking for the Presbyterian Men's gatherings
Our Presbyterian Women plan to continue their Bible studies and fellowship, continue their support of local and worldwide ministries and try to involve more women in their Christian walk of faith and work for the church.
